He thought hiding his wife’s death would solve his problems—until the art world turned into a battlefield.
When the wildly successful wife of struggling artist Geraint Matthews suddenly dies, he teams up with her cunning assistant, Ben, to preserve the illusion that she’s alive. Using AI to finish her works and deepfakes to deceive her suspicious stepsister, they orchestrate a scheme that keeps the masterpieces rolling off the assembly line—but they discover that deception comes with a sky-high price tag.
As ambition, obsession, and betrayal spiral out of control, Geraint finds himself drawn into a nightmare of blackmail, violence, and manipulation. Forced to navigate a world of ruthless opportunists and moral decay, he discovers that fame can come at the ultimate cost.
Frozen Asset is a darkly comic crime novel about deception, ambition, and the twisted lengths we’ll go to get what we want.
