Someone tried to kill the beautiful girl next door. But why? What secrets was she hiding?

We loved our new neighbours straight away. They seemed so normal and friendly. Especially their bubbly teenage daughter Rachel. My partner Aaron and I soon doted on her and our teenage boys took quite a liking to her, too.

But that was before I found my sensitive son Jacob comforting Rachel, tears running down her frightened face. They wouldn’t tell me what was wrong, and soon afterwards, Rachel fell from her bedroom window.

Now her life is hanging in the balance, and to my horror, the police think someone in my family tried to kill her. I’m sure they must be mistaken. But it seems like we’re all trying to hide something about Rachel…

Jacob refuses to talk about that day.
His brother Lucas is lying about where he was.
