The Long Weekend
Peter Zander-Howell
Works of: Fiction
In September 1955, ten old friends gather in an old Suffolk manor for a house party over a long weekend.
Within twenty-four hours, two members of the gathering are dead. Accidents? Suicides? Murders?
Chief Superintendent Bryce and Inspector Lomax investigate. The first problem for Bryce is that he had not only met both the dead people – twenty years before, he had known several other members of the group as well. Will that undesirable situation help or hinder his work?
