Sub-genre: Cosy crime, female sleuth, mystery
I write modern mysteries inspired by the likes of John D. MacDonald, Wilkie Collins, and The Golden Age writers, among others. My amateur sleuth is a theoretical physicist, whose ability to perceive causal connections between apparently unrelated events is of great help to her boyfriend, Detective William Tenney, as they solve crimes together in the small university town of New Guilford, New Hampshire.
