Jo Perry is the author of three dark, comic and unconventional mysteries DEAD IS BETTER, DEAD IS BEST, and DEAD IS GOOD from Fahrenheit Press/Fahrenheit13. The series features a murdered man and a dead dog who return occasionally to the living world to protect the living from crime and injustice.

Perry earned a Ph.D. in English, taught college literature and writing, wrote and produced episodic television and published poetry, articles and reviews. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, novelist, Thomas Perry. They have two adult children and two rescue cats and two rescue dogs.
Jo Perry is not related to Aerosmith drummer, Joe Perry.
