Saving Sophie

Samantha Bacchus is a writer from Devon. She was a nurse in the NHS for several years before gaining a Psychology degree and leaving to work as an Offending Behaviour Facilitator in a male prison. Her experiences within this field and interaction with prisoners inspired her crime novel writing. Samantha’s short stories have been published in women’s magazines, anthologies and she has published two collections herself. She is married with three children and has a cat and two dogs who keep her busy in the moments when she is not writing.
