CWA Margaret Allingham Short Story Competition
2015 Shortlisted
Ruth Moore
River Endings
Ruth Moore has lived in Oxford on and off for over twenty years, and now resides in East Oxford with her husband and two young sons. Her career to date has meandered through libraries, schools, theatres, charities and a Norman castle. She is currently juggling motherhood, work for a local charity and involvement in a new church, all while trying to find more and more time for her (until now) private passion for writing. Her mother instilled in her a love of the golden age crime writers, in particular the ‘Queens of Crime’. This is the first time she has summoned up the courage to enter a national short story competition.
