Deborah Lucy
Author of the DI Temple series of police procedural novels,Watch Her Die, Dead of Night and Left For Dead. Temple has a loyal following and has been described by reviewers as ‘not your average flawed detective.’ He knows what its like to be the victim of crime and because of that, he’s ruthless in the hunt for killers. The books attract four and five star reviews from readers. All three books will be available as a box set from 16 June.
Non fiction: A Killer’s Confession, the true crime story of Karen Edwards’ fight for justice when serial killer Christopher Halliwell confessed to police to murdering her daughter, Becky. Halliwell took police to where he had buried Becky some years earlier where her remains were recovered. But his confession was not recognised by the judiciary. Read Karen’s remarkable story of how she took on all those in authority to win truth and justice for Becky. Four and five star reviews on Amazon and Goodreads, nominated for CWA ALCS award. The case has been made into a TV series A Confession, starring Martin Freeman.
Deborah Lucy is also a Trustee for Locate International, a charity whose purpose is to investigate missing person cases at no cost to families who are left not knowing what has happened to their loved ones.
