Murder Most Foul
Harry Markos
Works of: Fiction
Who can possibly solve a devious, unreported murder from the 1950’s and find a mythical treasure?
In the space of just one week, Detective Inspector Harvey Ross retires from his job leading the Specialist Casework Team in London and gets divorced.
Realising he is soon to be homeless, fortune favours Harvey and he relocates to the charming coastal town of Sheringham in Norfolk.
Accompanied by his faithful terrier Max, Harvey embarks on a new life, looking for things to do to avoid boredom. That changes very quickly when Max finds an old leather satchel buried in the sand, a chance discovery that changes everything.
The contents lead Harvey on a quest to solve a deceitful murder from the past and to search for treasure the town believes to be a local myth.
Can Harvey be the one to solve the mysteries?
