CWA Bursaries
The CWA is offering a range of bursaries for both new and existing members. These bursaries provide full or partial funding towards membership, CWA conference or CrimeFest attendance for members whose financial circumstances might prevent them from re-joining the Association or attending an event.
Some of these bursaries are intended for authors from specific groups.
How to apply
If you would like to apply for any of the bursaries below please email: bursaries@thecwa.co.uk
We ask you to provide your name, email contact address, and which bursary you are applying for. Your application should also let us know how you meet any criteria for the bursary, where specified, and what receiving it would mean to you. Applications will be considered in strict confidence by a CWA subcommittee led by the Chair.
Our website will announce when bursaries have been awarded but not the name of the recipient.
