My Life in Crime
Simon Michael’s fascinating one-man show ‘My Life of Crime’ will be at Croxley Green Library on Saturday 26 January 2019.
‘I talk about my family’s 450-year London East End history, their connection with the Kray Twins, my practice at the criminal Bar and the high-profile cases I was involved in.
‘My protagonist, Charles Holborne, is an East End boy with a bit of a “past” who makes good, and elbows his way into the most establishment of professions, the English Bar, only to find the criminal justice system in the 1960s to be unfit for purpose and riddled with corruption, racism and class snobbery.’
