I am a London based crime writer.
In 2017 I was awarded a Masters in Creative Writing from Kingston University where I also served as a Teaching Assistant and was accredited with an Associate Fellowship in the Higher Education Academy.
I am currently working Creative Writing PhD and continue to teach creative writing.
I have authored a number of historical fiction books, including Sherlock Holmes Studies in Legacy and The Scarlet Thread of Murder – both have been praised by critics and fans of Sherlock Holmes. I authored two graphic novels including Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Crystal Blue Bottle and the bone-chilling horror Sherlock Holmes & The Horror of Frankenstein, the world’s first Sherlock Holmes and Frankenstein graphic novel.
I contributed to several crime fiction and academic collections inducing Beyond Watson, The MX Book of New Sherlock Holmes Stories Vol 1, and Fan Phenomena Sherlock Holmes.
My last title, “Welcome to Undershaw: A Brief History of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle The Man Who Created Sherlock Holmes”, uniquely tells the history of Conan Doyle, his writings and his time spent living at his Surrey home, Undershaw.
Most recently I was shortlisted for the 2019 Storgy Flash Fiction Competition for the story “American Religion”.
