Ann Evans caught the writing bug when her three children were little, and she’s been writing ever since – some 30 years or so. Kill or Die, published by Bloodhound Books in 2017 was her first adult crime novel, and her 30th book in total. In 2018 The Bitter End – a supernatural thriller was published by Bloodhound Books – this being co-written with good friend, Rob Tysall. Ann’s other books are for younger readers, including around 15 short books written specifically for reluctant teen readers, published by Badger Learning. Their genres include crime, ghost and a little bit of horror. She also writes romance under the name of Ann Carroll. Additionally, she is a freelance feature writer. She’s a member of a number of different writing societies in addition to the CWA, these being the SWWJ, the RNA and NAWE.
