Victoria Goldman

Victoria Goldman wanted to write crime fiction from a very young age.

Little Secrets (her latest book) was published in October 2025. This compelling, atmospheric locked-room mystery is set in a former prison that’s been converted into a luxury hotel. Little Secrets is shortlisted for the CWA Whodunnit Dagger 2026.

The Redeemer, her murder-mystery debut, was published in July 2022, followed by The Associate in July 2023. The Redeemer was shortlisted for Best Debut Crime Novel of 2022 in the Crime Fiction Lover Awards. The Associate was Editor’s Choice Winner of Best Indie Crime Novel of 2023 in the Crime Fiction Lover Awards.

Victoria’s three crime novels are self-published – and she is currently without an agent.

Victoria is a health journalist and editor, writing for UK magazines about everyday health problems and writing/editing patient health information. She also edits and proofreads fiction, memoir and non-fiction for UK book publishers and authors (directly and through Reedsy).

Victoria lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and two sons.
