Bio:
Lynn Hesse is an award-winning author of the crime, suspense, mystery, sci-fi, and the historical fiction/magical realism, Part of the Stars, Tale of a Boston Mountains Midwife, 2025, Blue Room Books. The Underground Chameleon, An Android Against Authoritarianism was adapted into a screenplay after the novel won Best Science Fiction in the Georgia Independent Author Awards, 2025, and Honorable Mention in The Eric Hoffer Book Award, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, 2025. She is a retired police officer and a performer in several Atlanta dance and theatre troupes, and lives with her husband in Stone Mountain, Georgia. https://www.lynnhesse.com

An interview and video concerning Lynn’s role as a police officer, “Blue Steel,” is in Georgia State University Special Collections and Archives. She performs in several dance and theatrical troupes in Atlanta, Georgia. The dandelion is one of her performance personas.
