Mette McLeod trained as an interrogator and intelligence officer in the Norwegian army, before being recruited to join the Service. She went on to become a journalist reporting from all over the world, and spent two years as a correspondent in Moscow. McLeod is a final year student at the City University Crime/Thriller Writing MA, under the tutelage of Claire McGowan.
